The patient financial navigator program offers unique bootcamps and community outreach activities designed to help empower individuals and give them the tools necessary to successfully navigate the health care system. Through out the year we will be offer numerous community outreach activities to assist you.

The Foundation is committed to providing 4 Bootcamps a year to provide education to the community.
